Lancaster was led by a pair of seven-run innings in the first and fourth innings. RBI doubles by Ryan Harvey and Kody Kirkland off Ducks starter Adam Rowe and a three-run homer by Bridger Hunt highlighted the first. A two-run single by Blake Gailen and three RBI base hits did the damage in the fourth.

Long Island grabbed a run in the third and added two in the fourth off Barnstormers starter John Halama. Joash Brodin was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded, and Josh Johnson hit a two-run home run. A two-run double by Dan Lyons in the eighth rounded out the scoring for the Flock.

Halama (9-7) got the win, tossing six innings, allowing three runs on five hits and five walks while striking out four. Rowe (0-3) was saddled with the loss, surrendering six runs on six hits in two-thirds of an inning.

The Ducks and Barnstormers wrap up their four-game series on Sunday evening. Game time is slated for 5:05 p.m. with the Bethpage Ballpark gates opening at 4:05. It’s a Sunday Family Fun Day at the ballpark. Prior to the game, fans will be invited onto the field for an autograph session with the Ducks. After the game, kids (and kids at heart) can take part in Kids Run the Bases, presented by Bethpage Federal Credit Union.
