(Lancaster, Pa., July 4, 2016) – Monday’s (July 4) game between the Long Island Ducks and the Lancaster Barnstormers at Clipper Magazine Stadium has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up at a date to be determined during the Ducks’ series in Lancaster between August 29 and September 1.

The Ducks and Barnstormers continue their series with a single admission doubleheader on Tuesday night. First pitch for the twinbill is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. from Clipper Magazine Stadium. The teams will play two seven inning games, with a break of approximately 30 minutes between them. Fans can follow all the action live on the Ducks’ official YouTube channel. Right-hander Bobby Blevins (1-4, 5.94 ERA) takes the baseball for the Long Island in game one against Lancaster lefty Kelvin De La Cruz (5-7, 4.80 ERA). Game two features Ducks lefty Jack Snodgrass (5-6, 3.98 ERA) against Barnstormers lefty Ryan Dennick (3-2, 4.35 ERA).

Long Island returns home on Friday, July 15 to start a three-game series with the Somerset Patriots. First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. with the Bethpage Ballpark gates opening at 5:35 (5:20 for full season ticket holders). The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive Ducks Aluminum Water Bottles, courtesy of Fairfield Properties. It’s also a Fowl Pole Friday and an OK Petroleum Friday, and the Ducks will be running their Friday night Pizza Hut K-Man promotion.
