Duck Tales: Willis Otanez’s solo homer to left was his second longball of the season and second in as many games. On Sunday, the former big leaguer tied the game with a solo blast in the bottom of the eighth inning. Otanez also collected three RBI on the night to earn his first three-RBI game and second multi-RBI contest… With a homer in the ninth inning, Adam Bailey extended his on-base streak to 14 consecutive games. He has also now hit safely in 11 of those 14 games. The longball was Bailey’s 14th of the season which ties him for the team lead with Bill Hall. The Ducks have now hit 107 homers on the season and have gone deep in five of their last six games, including back-to-back multi-homer games…With two hits in the game, Bryant Nelson picked up his 29th two-hit game on the season, the most among active Ducks players this season. The switch hitter now has a total of 35 multi-hit games in 2013. Otanez had two hits to earn his fourth two-hit and multi-hit game of the year.
