The Long Island Ducks and Great South Bay Hospitality, the official food and beverage service operator of the Ducks, host a Job Fair at Fairfield Properties Ballpark for game day, concessions and promotions staff positions in advance of the season. Those that attend the Job Fair will receive first consideration for seasonal game day employment.

Available positions typically include clean team, grounds crew, ushers, security, ticket takers, merchandise, parking lot attendants, box office assistants, bat boys, concessions staff, chefs, cooks, bartenders, dishwashers, wait staff, camera operators, music coordinators, video board operators and team mascot. All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
