The Long Island Ducks and Great South Bay Hospitality, the official food and beverage service operator of the Ducks, hosted a Job Fair at Fairfield Properties Ballpark on Saturday, March 2, for game day, concessions and promotions staff positions. Those that attended the Job Fair will receive first consideration for seasonal game day employment.

Those still interested in employment with the Ducks and Great South Bay Hospitality during the 2024 season may still submit an application by clicking the link below. All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Available positions include clean team, grounds crew, ushers, security, ticket takers, merchandise, parking lot attendants, box office assistants, bat boys, concessions staff, chefs, cooks, bartenders, dishwashers, wait staff, camera operators, music coordinators, video board operators and team mascot.
