York took a 1-0 lead in the first inning on Eric Patterson’s solo home run to right off Ducks starter Bobby Blevins. Long Island swiped the lead in the bottom of the third on a two-out three-run double by Adam Bailey off Revolution starter Logan Williamson. Bailey increased the lead to 4-1 in the fifth with a RBI double to left.
That was more than enough for Blevins (6-3), who tossed a complete game for the win. The right-hander allowed just one run on five hits and two walks while striking out two. Williamson (3-5) took the loss, yielding four runs (one earned) on nine hits and five walks with two strikeouts in six innings.
Bailey, Brandon Bantz and Dan Lyons each had two hits to lead the Flock.

Duck Tales: Bobby Blevins earned his first complete game of the year with nine innings of one-run ball on Sunday. The right-hander has now tossed six consecutive quality starts, allowing two runs or less in each one. In those six starts, he has combined to go 2-0 with a 1.71 ERA, allowing nine runs over 47 and one-third innings. In that span, he has given up just 38 hits and seven walks while striking out 20. Long Island now leads the Atlantic League with eight complete games this season…With a walk in the first inning, Brendan Harris extended his on-base streak to 27 consecutive games. That’s the longest active on-base streak in the Atlantic League and two shy of the longest by a Duck this season, which Cody Puckett achieved from May 6 to June 6. During the streak, Harris is batting .290 (27-for-93) with three doubles, two homers, 14 RBI, 16 runs and 26 walks. The former big leaguer has a hit in 21 of the 27 games during that span and leads Long Island with 45 walks this year…Adam Bailey tied his season high on Sunday with four runs batted in. The second-year Duck previously drove in four runs on June 30 in game two of a doubleheader against the Bridgeport Bluefish. Bailey now has 15 multi-RBI games in 2014. His pair of doubles tied the most by a Duck in a single game this year and gave him his 26th multi-hit game of the season. The outfielder has now earned multiple hits in five of his last seven games.
