(York, Pa., Sept. 3, 2026) – The Long Island Ducks defeated the York Revolution on 7-3 Thursday evening in the third game of a six-game series at WellSpan Park.
The Revolution jumped out in front 2-0 in the bottom half of the second inning on Jacob Teter’s leadoff solo home run to right center field and Devonte Brown’s RBI single off Ducks starting pitcher Brian Moran. Long Island scored four times in the top of the third for a 4-2 advantage, highlighted by Jorge Bonifacio’s two-run single, Kole Kaler’s RBI base knock and a wild pitch thrown by York starter Rhett Kouba.
The Revolution got to within 4-3 in the fifth as Nick Dunn hustled down the line from third on a wild pitch thrown by Ducks reliever Leonardo Taveras. The Flock tacked on a pair of runs in the sixth for a 6-3 cushion on RBI singles from Henry Kusiak and Bonifacio. The visitors added an insurance run in the seventh for a 7-3 edge on Jacob Robson’s run-scoring base knock.
Moran did not factor in the decision as the left-hander allowed a pair of runs on five hits in three innings pitched, walking one and striking out four. Leonardo Taveras (3-0) picked up the win in relief after giving up just one run on two hits and three strikeouts in two innings on the mound. Kouba (9-5) was tagged with the loss, surrendering four runs on nine hits in five innings of work, walking four while striking out three.
Robson had two hits, a run scored, a walk and a pair of stolen bases. Terrell Tatum chipped in with two hits, two runs scored, two walks and two stolen bases. Bonifacio had three hits and three RBIs as he became just the third player in Ducks franchise history to record 100 or more RBIs in a single season, joining Carl Everett (100) and Ray Navarrete (103), who each pulled of the feat in the 2008 season.

Long Island returns home on Friday, September 11, for their final homestand of the regular season as they begin a three-game weekend series against the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs.
