Festivities take place in Duck Club at Bethpage Ballpark

(Central Islip, N.Y., Oct. 1, 2013) – On Tuesday, October 1 the back-to-back Atlantic League champion Long Island Ducks celebrated their 2013 Atlantic League championship victory in the Duck Club restaurant and bar at Bethpage Ballpark.

Ducks Founder and CEO Frank Boulton, President and General Manager Michael Pfaff, Co-Owner, Senior VP of Baseball Operations and Bench Coach Bud Harrelson, Manager Kevin Baez, designated hitter Ray Navarrete, center fielder Lew Ford, shortstop Dan Lyons and third baseman Bryant Nelson were on hand to field questions from emcees Michael Polak and David Weiss as well as from fans. Video highlights from the Ducks’ championship run accompanied the program as well.

Following the question and answer session, fans were able to take pictures with the all three Atlantic League championship trophies the Ducks have won and obtain autographs and pictures from players and coaches in attendance. In addition, championship merchandise was available for fans to purchase in an exclusive presale event.
