Fans celebrate team’s second Atlantic League Championship

 

(Central Islip, N.Y., Oct. 11, 2012) – On Wednesday, October 10 the Long Island Ducks celebrated the 2012 Atlantic League Championship victory with fans at the YMCA Boulton Center in Bay Shore.

Ducks Founder and CEO Frank Boulton, President and General Manager Michael Pfaff, Manager Kevin Baez and Infielders Ray Navarrete and Bryant Nelson were on hand to field questions from emcees David Weiss and Michael Polak and then from fans. Video highlights from the Ducks’ Championship run also accompanied the program, receiving resounding applause and cheers from the Faithful Flock.

Following the question and answer session, fans were able to take pictures with the 2012 Atlantic League Championship trophy and receive autographs from Kevin, Ray and Bryant. In addition, Official Championship merchandise including hats and t-shirts were available for fans to purchase.
