(Central Islip, N.Y., Sept. 21, 2026) – The Long Island Ducks are recognizing the hard work and accomplishments of students across Long Island by inviting them to celebrate their achievements at the ballpark and help cheer on the Ducks during the Atlantic League Championship Series.

Beginning Monday, September 21, students of all ages and grade levels can bring a good grade or outstanding mark from a recent test, quiz, project, report card or school assignment to the Ducks Box Office at Fairfield Properties Ballpark and receive one complimentary box seat ticket, a $19 value, to Friday’s Game Three of the Atlantic League Championship Series at 6:35 p.m. The Ducks want to recognize the hard work of Long Island students while giving them an opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments and be part of the excitement of playoff baseball.

The promotion is simple: students just need to bring their grade or outstanding mark and present it to a Ducks Box Office representative. No purchase is necessary to receive the complimentary ticket, and each student may receive one ticket. Parents and guardians accompanying the student can also take advantage of a special discounted ticket offer when purchasing tickets with the complimentary student ticket.

“We know how hard students work, especially with the recent start of the school year, and we wanted to find a fun way to recognize them for their efforts,” said Ducks General Manager Sean Smith. “They’ve earned the good grades, and now we need them to bring that same energy to the ballpark and help us cheer on the Ducks as we continue our championship run.”

The Good Grades promotion begins Monday, September 21, and continues through game time on Friday, September 25, while supplies last. The Ducks Box Office is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. through the end of the game.

The Ducks will host Game Three of the Atlantic League Championship Series on Friday, September 25, at Fairfield Properties Ballpark in Central Islip. First pitch between the Ducks and Southern Maryland Blue Crabs is scheduled for 6:35 p.m., with the ballpark gates opening at 5:35 (5:20 for full season ticket holders).

The Long Island Ducks are entering their 26th season of play in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball and play their home games at Fairfield Properties Ballpark in Central Islip, N.Y.
