(Bay Shore, N.Y., March 8, 2025) – The Long Island Ducks took to Main Street in Bay Shore on Saturday to march in the town’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Ducks mascot, QuackerJack, joined team manager Lew Ford and pitching coach Bobby Blevins atop the Ducks float to greet the thousands of Long Islanders that lined the streets. They were joined by numerous members of the team’s front office staff, who handed out pocket schedules for the 2025 season and reminded fans that Opening Night is just over a month away. Many fans stopped by the float to take pictures and wave to QJ, Ford and Blevins.
The St. Patrick’s Day celebrations won’t stop there for the Ducks. The team is also scheduled to take part in holiday parades on Sunday, March 16, in Wantagh as well as Sunday, March 23, in Patchogue. Be sure to stop by, say hello and get your pocket schedules for the 25th Anniversary Season, presented by Catholic Health.
