Duck Club serving up a unique menu

(Central Islip, N.Y., May 10, 2013) – The Long Island Ducks open up a three-game weekend series tonight, and there will be many unique food specials available on both Friday and Saturday night in the Duck Club restaurant and bar.

During the entire three-game set, those dining in the Duck Club will have the chance to try three brand new specials. The appetizer special will be a Tuna and Avocado Salad, featuring diced Yellowtail tuna and creamy avocado in a ginger dressing. The sandwich special available is a Chicken & Waffle Sandwich served with maple butter and sweet potato fries. Finally, the entrée special will be a hand-made Gnocchi Bolognese in a rich meat sauce and served with garlic bread.

Saturday night’s ballgame will be followed by a Grucci Fireworks Extravaganza, presented by Nicolock. Get psyched for the fireworks by indulging in one of many Late Game Specials, which will be available in the Duck Club beginning in the top of the seventh inning. The specials will include $1 Wings, $1 Fried Oreos, Loaded Fries, Firecracker Cocktails and Chocolate Peppermint Coffee. These treats are available on Saturday night starting in the seventh inning only, so be sure to take advantage of this first-time offer.
