The Bees closed to within 4-2 in the third on Jon Griffin’s RBI single off Duck starter Jack Snodgrass. The Ducks answered though with single runs in the fifth and sixth to push their lead to four. A wild pitch that scored Matt Wessinger and a solo homer to left by Mike Blanke rounded the scoring.
