Fans bid on game-worn Long Island Ducks patriotic jerseys

The Long Island Ducks 2021 Patriotic Jersey Auction has officially been completed. Fans were able to place bids on special red, white and blue jerseys, which Ducks players and coaches wore during the team’s games on Sunday, July 4, against the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs and on Thursday, July 8, against the High Point Rockers.

Bids started at $75 for all jerseys and were increased in any increment value. Bidding ran through the conclusion of the top of the seventh inning during the Ducks game against the High Point Rockers on Thursday, July 8, at Fairfield Properties Ballpark.

Fans placed their bids via the LiveSource Mobile App or the LiveSource website. Proceeds from the auction benefit the QuackerJack Foundation, the charitable arm of the Long Island Ducks. All donations are tax deductible. The QuackerJack Foundation has contributed to thousands of non-profit and like organizations each year while bringing awareness to worthy programs and causes in need of assistance on Long Island.
