(Centereach, N.Y., July 13, 2012) – On Friday the Long Island Ducks mascot, QuackerJack, took a trip to the Long Island Sports Academy’s in Babylon and Islip. QJ and Ducks staffers greeted campers, coaches and parents in the area.
All of the kids were able to meet and take pictures with the lovable mascot, who relished in seeing his fans. QuackerJack signed autographs, had a catch with the kids and even took some batting practice. He was also able to give some of the camper’s pointers on their swings.
