(Woodbury, N.Y., March 18, 2025) – Long Island Ducks mascot, QuackerJack, visited Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury on Tuesday to enjoy the annual Best of Long Island Winners’ Party.
QJ was chosen as the Best Team Mascot on Long Island, earning his 15th Best of Long Island award overall. Winners were selected via online voting conducted during the fall of 2024.
QuackerJack took pictures and interacted with fellow Best of Long Island winners during cocktail hour. This year’s event also celebrated 20 years of Best of Long Island Awards, presented by FourLeaf Federal Credit Union.
Additionally, Jackie Bradley Jr. was voted as the Best Long Island Duck for the first time. The Ducks were nominated for three other “Best of Long Island” categories as well. In the Arts and Entertainment category, @LIDucks was nominated for Best X (formerly known as Twitter) Account from Long Island. In the Sports & Activities section, Fairfield Properties Ballpark was nominated for Best Family Amusement Place.
