(Central Islip, N.Y., June 7, 2021) – Founder/Owner Frank Boulton, President/GM Mike Pfaff, and your beloved mascot, QuackerJack, joined Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone Monday morning for the announcement of the #CampVax initiative. The #CampVax initiative was created to encourage camp counselors, staff and kids 12 and older to get vaccinated before the start of summer camps.
#CampVax PODs where campers can get vaccinated this week include:
Monday, June 7 from 3pm- 8pm at the H. Lee Dennison Building in Hauppauge
Tuesday, June 8 from 10am- 2pm at the Patchogue-Medford Library
Wednesday, June 9 from 10am- 2pm at Pronto of Long Island in Bay Shore
Thursday, June 10 from 9am- 4pm at the H. Lee Dennison Building in Hauppauge
Thursday, June 10 from 3pm- 7pm at the SCCC Ammerman Campus in Selden
All kids vaccinated will be entered into a raffle for the opportunity to win some great prizes from Mr. Softee, Splish Splash, Adventureland, the Long Island Aquarium and your Long Island Ducks!
