(Central Islip, N.Y., Oct. 14, 2022) – On Friday, October 14, QuackerJack spent the evening at the Central Islip Firehouse Open House.

The Long Island Ducks mascot took photos and hung out with kids and families as they learned about the importance of fire safety. Those in attendance received an up close look at some of the tools, equipment and vehicles that the Central Islip Fire Department use to keep their community safe. Long Island’s hometown team thanks them for their important role in the community that the Ducks call home.
