(Central Islip, N.Y., Dec. 13, 2025) – The Long Island Ducks teamed up with the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation to host a toy donation drop-off event at Fairfield Properties Ballpark on Saturday, De.
Fans were able to drive through the ballpark’s administrative parking lot to drop off new, unwrapped toys for children this holiday season. Dozens of boxes of toys were collected by the organization, and members of the U.S. Marines along with local scouts helped load the toys into boxes and onto delivery trucks.
Santa Claus, QuackerJack and The Grinch all made appearances at the event. The ballpark’s plaza featured several local vendors, food trucks and unique cars.
Additionally, the Ducks opened the Waddle In Shop, the team’s merchandise store, for the holiday shopping season. Fans were able to purchase a wide range of Ducks team apparel and novelty items for the holiday season. QuackerJack, Santa, Ducks Manager Lew Ford and Ducks Pitching Coach Bobby Blevins were all in attendance to take free photos with fans.
