Opportunity for fans to exchange tickets from missed games

The Long Island Ducks have announced that September 8 and 9 will all be “Unused Ticket Days” at Bethpage Ballpark. If you could not make it out to a ballgame thus far during the 2016 season and are still in possession of your unused tickets, the team is offering the chance to exchange those tickets for ones of equal or lesser value at the Bethpage Ballpark box office, subject to availability.

Ticket holders interested in trading in their unused tickets can do so by visiting the Bethpage Ballpark box office. Tickets can be exchanged for games on September 8 against the Bridgeport Bluefish and September 9 against the Revolution. All games are scheduled to start at 6:35 p.m. A one dollar fee per ticket will be applied to account for the Suffolk County surcharge on all tickets printed.

Highlights for the unused ticket day games include:

September 8 – Celebrate Irish Night at the ballpark, presented by Shandon Court! It will be another Thirsty Thursday as well, so don’t forget to stop by the Duck Club restaurant/bar throughout the game and enjoy food and drink specials!

September 9 – Spider-Man will be appearing at the ballpark, and fans can take pictures with the popular superhero during the game, courtesy of CA Technologies. Be sure to sign up before first pitch at the Ticket Kiosk to have a chance at winning $50,000 as part of Fowl Pole Friday! Finally, you’ll have the opportunity to receive special offers during the Pizza Hut K-Man Promotion and as part of OK Petroleum Friday.

The exchanging of tickets must be done at the Bethpage Ballpark box office, and cannot be done over the phone or via the Internet. For more information, please contact the ticket office at (631) 940-TIXX.
