RAIN POLICY
Games are official once the top of the fifth inning is complete (if the Ducks are winning) or after the fifth inning is complete (if the Ducks are trailing/the game is tied). If a Long Island Ducks game is officially called prior to that point, one of the following two scenarios will occur.
Scenario 1: The game is officially postponed and rescheduled for a date and time that the Ducks were not previously scheduled to play. If this scenario occurs, HOLD ONTO YOUR GAME TICKET. Your game ticket cannot be exchanged at the ticket office. Your ticket is now good for the newly rescheduled game only.
Scenario 2: The game is officially postponed and rescheduled as a part of a doubleheader. If this scenario occurs, fans will have to exchange their tickets at the Fairfield Properties Ballpark box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value for a future Ducks regular season home game that year (subject to availability). If there are only scattered seats or SRO (Standing Room Only) tickets available, fans still must exchange these tickets for those available seats. Tickets not exchanged for a Ducks regular season home game that year have no value.
