Ducks announce return of popular promotion for second time in 2018

Due to overwhelming success and fan reaction, the Long Island Ducks are hosting a second “Bark in the Park” Night this season, dubbed “Bark in the Park” II: Return of the Dogs! The event will take place during the team’s doubleheader against the Lancaster Barnstormers on Wednesday, August 29th.

Special “Pooch Passes” are now available for purchase to the August 29th twin bill. Each pass includes a game ticket in designated box seating sections as well as admission for one dog. Passes are just $13 each and can be obtained by going online to www.liducksgroups.com and typing in the password “pooch” when prompted. Fans can also call the Ducks group sales department at (631) 940-3825 to order for groups of 25 or more people. All fans wishing to bring their dog to the ballpark must purchase a Pooch Pass in advance.

Only those holding Pooch Passes will be allowed to bring their dog into the ballpark on August 29th, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability. Season ticket and 10-game mini plan holders who wish to bring their dogs to “Bark in the Park” II: Return of the Dogs must exchange their tickets at the box office. Fans holding Pooch Passes will be allowed to enter the ballpark ONLY through the Picnic Area entrance, located down the left field line, when ballpark gates open at 5:35 p.m. Additional questions regarding “Bark in the Park” can be sent via email to [email protected].
