The Long Island Ducks and Great South Bay Hospitality, the official food and beverage service operator of the Ducks, are currently hiring for game day, concessions and promotions staff positions.

Those interested in employment with the Ducks and Great South Bay Hospitality during the 2024 season may submit an application by clicking the link below. All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Available game day staff positions include clean team, grounds crew, ushers, security, ticket takers, merchandise, parking lot attendants, box office assistants and bat boys.

Available concessions staff positions include stand workers, chefs, cooks, bartenders, dishwashers and wait staff.

Available promotions staff positions include camera operators, music coordinators, video board operators and team mascot. On-field host and public address announcer interviews and tryouts will be conducted at a later date.

The Ducks are entering their 24th season of play in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball and play their home games at Fairfield Properties Ballpark in Central Islip, N.Y. They are the all-time leader in wins and attendance in Atlantic League history, led all MLB Partner Leagues in attendance in 2023, and have sold out a record 706 games all-time.
