Doubleheader scheduled for Wednesday, July 25th

(Lancaster, Pa., July 23, 2018) – Monday’s (July 23rd) game between the Long Island Ducks and Lancaster Barnstormers at Clipper Magazine Stadium has been postponed due to inclement weather.

Monday’s (7/23) game will be made up as part of a single admission doubleheader on Wednesday, July 25th, with both games slated for seven innings. First pitch for game one will be at 5:00 p.m., with game two beginning approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the opener.

The series will now begin on Tuesday night, with first pitch scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Fans can follow all the action on the Long Island Ducks Broadcast Network. Live streaming HD video and audio will be available for both games via BoxCast on the Ducks official Facebook page, YouTube channel and at Left-hander Jake Fisher gets the start for the Ducks against Barnstormers right-hander Jonathan Albaladejo.

Long Island returns home on Monday, July 30 to open a three-game series against the Somerset Patriots. Game time is slated for 6:35 p.m., with the Bethpage Ballpark gates opening at 5:35 (5:20 for full season ticket holders). It’s Suffolk County Boy Scouts Night, presented by BNB Bank, and the first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive Ducks T-Shirts.
