Bio

Alintoff begins his first season with the Ducks and second of professional baseball. The right-hander spent the 2022 season with the New York Boulders of the Frontier League. He appeared in five games (four starts), tossing 25.1 innings and striking out 13 batters while walking just four. In his lone relief appearance of the year, the 24-year-old pitched two scoreless innings, yielding one hit while striking out two.

The Jupiter, Fla., native pitched two seasons at the University of Florida and one year at Rollins college. In 37 games (16 starts), he posted a 9-5 record with a 3.49 ERA, one save, 98 strikeouts and 26 walks over 136.2 innings. At Florida, he was named to the 2019 SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll. During his junior year (2020), he helped Florida’s bullpen post a 1.76 ERA and a team ERA of 2.41, which ranked 16th nationally.
