Rob Weissheier: Weissheier is in his first season with the Ducks, first season in the Atlantic League and second season of professional baseball. The infielder hit .264 with 8 home runs and 44 RBI’s in 59 games with the Windy City ThunderBolts of the Frontier League in 2021, and played 10 games with the ThunderBolts in 2022. He played five seasons of collegiate baseball on Long Island at Hofstra University, hitting .260 with 25 HR and 115 RBI’s in 173 games. A Long Island product from Valley Stream, Weissheier attended Kellenberg Memorial High School in Uniondale, members of the Nassau Suffolk Catholic High School Athletic Association.
