Meisinger is in his first season with the Ducks, first season in the Atlantic League, and eighth season of professional baseball. The right-hander spent three seasons in the Major Leagues, with the Baltimore Orioles (2018), St. Louis Cardinals (2020), and Chicago Cubs (2021). He combined to pitch in 27 games (one start), going 2-1 with 30 strikeouts over 31 innings pitched.
A native of Prince Frederick, Maryland, Meisinger was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 11th round of the 2015 MLB June Amateur Draft from Radford University. He made his Major League debut on June 29, 2018 vs. the Los Angeles Angels at Oriole Park at Camden Yards and collected his first career strikeout as a big leaguer against Angels shortstop Andrelton Simmons.
