Colon is in his first season with the Ducks. The right-hander made 10 appearances (six starts) with the Washington WildThings of the Frontier League in 2021, going 2-0 with a 2.70 ERA and 39 strikeouts across the span of 36.2 innings pitched. The Bronx, New York native attended James Monroe High School and won back-to-back PSAL AAA championships in 2017 and 2018.
