(Centereach, N.Y., July 7, 2012) – Long Island Ducks mascot, QuackerJack, made an appearance on Saturday at the Oxhead Road School in Centereach to celebrate the Middle Country Youth Association’s Award Day. QJ provided entertainment during the All-Star Game, as he mingled with players, coaches, parents and fans throughout the contest.

People of all ages were invited to pose for pictures with QuackerJack, and he also took part in a variety of festivities with fans. Activities included a bounce house, a water slide, a dunk tank and a visit from Mr. Softee. QJ and the Ducks were honored to be able to take part in the celebration and congratulated the Middle Country Youth Association on their Awards Ceremony and another successful season.
