QJ attends 12th annual Judi Shesh Memorial Run
(Bay Shore, N.Y., June 2, 2012) – Long Island Ducks mascot, QuackerJack, was in Bay Shore on Saturday to help cheer on runners during the 2012 Judi Shesh Memorial Run, a charity event to help raise money for breast cancer awareness. The lovable mascot was thrilled to help get the runners excited, as they ran a scenic 5K race that began at the Great South Bay.
QuackerJack began the afternoon by wishing runners “good luck” at the start of the race and then welcomed the runners at the finish line as they ended the race. The “Best Long Island Mascot” also posed for pictures with runners and fans in attendance.
