Kathy DIckson joins the Ducks in the role of Director of Catering, Suites & Restaurant for Great South Bay Hospitality, the food and beverage concessionaire of Fairfield Properties Ballpark. Kathleen is a native of Sound Beach and has previous experience managing catering operations for East Wind Hotel, TGI Fridays and the Spare Rib, among others.
