Single admission doubleheader scheduled for Thursday, May 17 at 6:35 p.m.
 

(Central Islip, N.Y., May 16, 2018) – Wednesday’s (May 16) game between the Long Island Ducks and the Road Warriors at Bethpage Ballpark has been postponed due to inclement weather.

Tickets for Wednesday’s (5/16) game can be exchanged at the Bethpage Ballpark box office for a ticket to any future 2018 Long Island Ducks home game, subject to availability. Wednesday’s postgame Fireworks Spectacular will be rescheduled for a later date during the 2018 season.

Wednesday’s (5/16) game will be made up as part of a single admission doubleheader, with two seven-inning games, on Thursday, May 17. First pitch for game one is scheduled for 6:35 p.m., with the Bethpage Ballpark gates opening at 5:35 (5:20 for full season ticket holders). Game two will begin approximately 20 minutes after the completion of the opener.

Thursday will be a Thirsty Thursday at the ballpark! The Duck Club restaurant and bar, normally reserved for VIP/season ticket holders, will be open for all fans to enjoy. There will be both food and drink specials available, including half price domestics. Right-hander Matt Larkins takes the mound for the Ducks in game one against Road Warriors lefty Giovanni Soto (0-0, 4.72). Left-hander Bennett Parry (1-0, 4.50) toes the rubber for the Ducks in game two against Road Warriors lefty Brandon Bargas (Season Debut).
