(Central Islip, N.Y., May 4, 2016) – Wednesday’s (May 4) game between the Long Island Ducks and Lancaster Barnstormers at Bethpage Ballpark has been postponed due to inclement weather.

Wednesday’s (5/4) game will be made up on Thursday, May 5 as part of a single admission doubleheader beginning at 6:00 p.m. Both games are slated for seven innings, with a break of approximately 25 minutes in between.

Tickets for Wednesday’s (5/4) game can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any 2016 regular season Ducks home game, subject to availability. The Bethpage Ballpark gates will open at 5:30 for Thursday’s twinbill. During the game, the Ducks will be hosting a fantastic Cinco de Mayo Fiesta in the brand new Beer Garden. Specials will be available for fans to enjoy, including complimentary chips and salsa on tables, fajita and nacho action stations, a margarita bar and the Rita Cabana. It’s also Volunteer Firefighter/EMS Appreciation Night! Various volunteer firefighters and EMS personnel from Long Island will be at the ballpark on Thursday and take part in a special ceremony on the field to recognize their efforts.
